How it works

We are all different in our approach for dealing with personal issues so we offer clients the following, enabling them to choose their preferred style of coaching.

• One to one telephone sessions between Client and Coach for those who prefer a more remote coaching experience along with e-mail back up
• E-mail to e-mail between Client and Coach for those who find it difficult to talk on the telephone
• At Optima House, for those who prefer the face-to-face approach, with e-mail back up
• Groups for 2+ clients who require/prefer a group session either at Optima House or remotely (geography dependant) with e-mail back up

All sessions are carried out in the strictest of confidence and Optima Life, as part of the Optima Group, follows a strict conduct of data protection, so clients can be assured that their details are kept safe and not divulged to any other party.
